Nylon PA-12 Fluid Manifold

Engineer needed a watertight coolant distribution manifold with complex internal channels — geometry that would have required 5-axis CNC machining.

Printed as a single piece using SLS. No support structures needed; internal channels printed cleanly without any post-processing.

Part passed pressure testing at 8 bar. Lead time was 5 days vs 3–4 weeks for machining.
