1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing partsflow.tech or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of Partsflow ("we," "us," "our"), a 3D printing service based in Los Angeles, CA.
2. Services
Partsflow provides contract 3D printing services using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies. Services include:
- 3D printing of customer-supplied digital model files
- Material selection guidance
- Optional post-processing (support removal)
- Packaging and shipping to addresses within the United States
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders for prohibited content (see Section 8) or orders that are technically infeasible with our equipment.
3. Orders & Quotes
Instant Quotes
Prices generated by our online calculator are estimates based on geometry data parsed from your uploaded file. All quotes are valid for 7 days from generation. Final pricing is confirmed at order placement.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or written approval for NET-30 accounts). We will begin production after confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order ID.
File Review
We perform a basic printability check on all models before printing. If we identify issues (non-watertight geometry, wall thickness below minimum, dimensions exceeding our build volume), we will contact you before proceeding. We are not responsible for dimensional errors in your original design files.
Order Modifications
Modifications to orders in production ("printing" status or later) may not be possible. Contact us immediately at orders@partsflow.tech if you need to change an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before printing begins.
4. Your Files & Intellectual Property
Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights in the design files you submit. By uploading files to our platform, you grant Partsflow a limited, non-exclusive license to use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Confidentiality
We treat all customer files as confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute your design files to third parties. We may sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before you share any files.
Your Responsibility
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to use all design files submitted; (b) printing those files does not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; (c) the items to be printed are not illegal under applicable law.
File Storage
We retain uploaded files for 90 days after order completion for quality assurance purposes, then delete them permanently. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
5. Payment
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). We do not store card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe, Inc.
Payment Terms
Orders are paid in full via Stripe at checkout. For orders under $3,000, payment is collected at the time of order placement. For orders $3,000 and above, full prepayment is required before we begin production — your order enters our print queue only after payment is confirmed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Los Angeles, CA orders are subject to 10.25% state sales tax. We collect sales tax in states where we have established nexus in accordance with applicable law.
B2B Invoicing (NET-30)
Approved business customers may apply for NET-30 invoicing terms. Contact us at orders@partsflow.tech to apply — approval is at our discretion and requires a signed agreement. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms if invoices are not paid on time. Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. You will receive an email notification and may retry payment.
