SLS layer height is fixed at 0.10 mm — unlike FDM or SLA, there is no quality preset. Every SLS part is printed at the same consistent resolution. The Precise / Normal / Fast slider in our calculator does not apply to SLS orders.

Zero support structures

Unsintered powder acts as support — enabling overhangs, undercuts, and internal channels that are impossible in FDM or SLA without complex post-processing.

Interlocking assemblies

Print assembled mechanisms — chains, hinges, ball joints — in a single build. Parts can move straight off the printer.

Watertight by default

Properly designed SLS parts in PA-12 are inherently watertight. Ideal for fluid channels, pressure-tested components, and waterproof enclosures.

Batch production

Nest dozens of small parts in a single 650×350×550 mm build. SLS is economical at volume — unit cost drops significantly with quantity.
