Robotics startup needed a lightweight structural frame for a delivery drone prototype. Weight budget was under 180g for the frame assembly.
02Our Solution
Printed in Nylon PA-CF with carbon-fiber reinforcement — stiffness-to-weight ratio close to aluminum at a fraction of the cost.
03The Result
Frame came in at 142g — 20% under budget. Client moved to a second iteration within 2 weeks.
