ENGINEERING PLASTICS
PLA+
The default starting point for FDM. Easy to print, good detail, available in many colors. Biodegradable and food-safe options exist.
PETG
Bridges the gap between PLA and ABS. Chemical resistant, slightly flexible, good layer adhesion. Excellent for parts that need to handle mild stress and moisture.
ABS / ASA
Higher heat resistance and impact strength than PLA. ASA adds UV stability for long-term outdoor exposure. Both can be post-processed with acetone for a glossy finish.
ASA is UV-stable — recommended over ABS for outdoor use.
Nylon PA-CF
Carbon-fiber reinforced nylon delivers exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio. The go-to for structural brackets, drone frames, and end-use production parts.
TPU 95A
Rubber-like thermoplastic at 95A Shore hardness. Excellent for parts that must compress, flex, or absorb impact without breaking.
PET-CF
Carbon-filled PET combines excellent dimensional stability with high stiffness. Lower moisture absorption than nylon — ideal for precise mechanical parts.
ENGINEERING RESINS
Standard Resin
Excellent surface finish and fine detail resolution straight off the printer. Best for prototypes where appearance and precision matter more than mechanical properties.
Tough 2000
Simulates ABS with high impact resistance. Designed for parts that need to withstand repeated stress without breaking — snap fits, clips, and functional assemblies.
Rigid 10K
Glass-filled SLA resin with the highest stiffness. Extremely low deflection under load — for parts that must not flex even under high temperatures.
Flexible 80A
SLA-quality surface finish in a rubber-like material at 80A Shore. Prints with much better detail than FDM TPU — ideal for medical prototypes and wearables.
Castable Wax
Designed specifically for lost-wax casting. Burns out cleanly without leaving residue — producing the ultra-smooth investment casting surface jewelry and dental labs need.
BioMed Clear
ISO 10993-tested biocompatible resin for prolonged mucosal contact. Used for surgical guides, dental models, and medical device prototypes that contact skin or tissue.
ISO 10993 biocompatible. Requires signed compliance documentation.
DLP RESINS
Standard Resin
Best entry-point resin for display models, concept parts, and smooth-surface prototypes. Lower cost than SLA with comparable surface finish.
ABS-Like Resin
Simulates ABS toughness in a photopolymer. Excellent for snap fits, functional enclosures, and mechanical prototypes that need impact resistance.
Clear Resin
Near-optical transparency after post-processing. Used for lenses, fluid channels, light pipes, microfluidic chips, and display covers.
Flexible Resin
Shore 50A elastomeric resin with excellent tear resistance. Perfect for gaskets, grips, and wearable device prototypes with SLA-quality surface detail.
High-Temp Resin
Withstands temperatures above 200°C. Used for thermoforming tools, under-hood automotive parts, LED housings, and heat-resistant fixtures.
Dental Model Resin
High-accuracy dental model resin with Class I biocompatibility. Prints study models, surgical guides, and orthodontic appliances at sub-50 µm accuracy.
Class I biocompatibility. Requires usage attestation form.
NYLON & FLEXIBLES
PA12 Nylon
The versatile default — tough, near-isotropic nylon for enclosures, ducts, jigs and low-volume production.
PA12-GF Glass-Filled
Glass-bead-reinforced PA12 — higher stiffness, hardness and heat resistance for load-bearing brackets and jigs.
PA12-CF Carbon-Filled
Carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon — exceptional stiffness-to-weight for drone, robotics and aerospace parts.
TPU (Flexible)
Flexible elastomer at Shore ~88A. Lattices, gaskets and grips with no supports — airtight without seams.
PA11 (Bio-Nylon)
Bio-based nylon 11 — highly ductile and impact-resistant for snap-fits, clips, sports and prosthetics.
Bio-based from castor oil — lower environmental footprint than PA12.
PP (Polypropylene)
Chemical- and fatigue-resistant polypropylene — watertight, weldable and the lightest SLS parts.
LARGE FORMAT PELLETS
PETG Granules
Most cost-effective large-format material. Chemical resistant, food-safe, and easy to process. Perfect for large enclosures, jigs, and production-scale prototypes.
ASA Granules
UV-stable outdoor-grade material for large enclosures, architectural models, signage, and anything exposed to sunlight long-term.
Nylon PA-CF Pellets
Carbon-filled nylon for large structural parts — drone frames, automotive tooling, and aerospace ground support equipment. Best stiffness-to-weight in our FGF lineup.
Polypropylene (PP)
Excellent chemical resistance and low density. Used for tanks, chemical containers, lab equipment, and large living-hinge assemblies.
PP has living-hinge capability — can flex millions of cycles without failure.
PEEK Granules
The highest-performance thermoplastic available. Continuous use above 250°C, fully biocompatible, chemically inert. The material of choice for the most demanding aerospace and medical applications.
TPU Granules
Flexible large-format printing for gaskets, bumpers, shock absorbers, and custom packaging inserts. Shore 90A hardness.
METAL ALLOYS
Stainless 316L
The most versatile medical-grade stainless steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, biocompatible, and food-safe. Used in surgical instruments, marine hardware, and chemical processing.
Steel 17-4 PH
Precipitation-hardening stainless steel. Exceptional strength after heat treatment — used in aerospace fasteners, defense hardware, and precision machinery.
Tool Steel 1.2709
Maraging steel for tooling applications. Extreme hardness after aging — the standard for injection mold inserts with conformal cooling channels.
Titanium Ti6Al4V
Best strength-to-weight ratio in our lineup at less than half the density of steel. Fully biocompatible for medical implants. Standard for aerospace and motorsport structural parts.
Aluminum AlSi10Mg
Lightweight aluminum alloy with good thermal conductivity. Ideal for complex heat sinks, drone frames, automotive brackets, and any application needing low weight.
Inconel 625
Nickel superalloy maintaining strength at temperatures up to 982°C. Resists oxidation, corrosion, and pitting. The standard for turbine blades, exhaust systems, and chemical reactors.
TECHNICAL CERAMICS
Alumina (Al₂O₃)
Most widely used technical ceramic. Excellent hardness, chemical inertness, and electrical insulation up to 1600°C. The go-to for wear parts, insulators, and lab equipment.
Zirconia (ZrO₂)
The hardest and toughest oxide ceramic. Biocompatible and approved for dental crowns, bridges, and implant components. Polishes to a near-translucent, tooth-like finish.
Silicon Carbide
One of the hardest materials known — second only to diamond. Extreme chemical resistance and thermal conductivity. Used in semiconductor processing equipment and high-temperature reactors.
Porcelain
Traditional ceramic with exceptional surface quality. Print complex artistic and functional objects that cannot be thrown on a wheel. Food-safe after glazing.
Glazing available — standard food-safe glaze included at no extra charge.
TCP (Biomedical)
Tricalcium phosphate mimics bone mineral composition and is bioresorbable in the body. Used in regenerative medicine for bone scaffolds and tissue engineering research.
