HOW IT WORKS
Ceramic powder or slurry shaped layer by layer via binder jetting or DLP photopolymerization.
Binder removal by thermal or solvent process — part becomes a fragile "green body".
Green body fired at 1300–1600°C in a kiln — ceramic densifies to ≥ 99% with ~15–20% shrinkage.
Optional polishing, glazing, or coating depending on application requirements.
Shrinkage note: Ceramic parts shrink ~15–20% uniformly during sintering. All dimensions in your file will be scaled up proportionally before printing. Final dimensions are quoted to your target specification.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before sintering, tolerances are ±0.05 mm. After sintering (which causes ~15–20% shrinkage), tolerances are ±0.1–0.2 mm on well-designed parts. For dental or medical applications, post-sinter CNC finishing is available.
Yes — our porcelain is food-safe after sintering and optional glazing. It is dishwasher safe and suitable for functional tableware, mugs, and cookware.
Minimum wall thickness is 1.0–1.5 mm depending on the material. Thinner walls risk cracking during debinding or sintering. We review every file before production.
Yes — porcelain parts can be glazed in any standard ceramic glaze, including food-safe options. Alumina and zirconia can be polished to a mirror finish. Note: coloring is currently available for porcelain only.
Yes. TCP closely mimics the mineral composition of bone and is fully bioresorbable in the body. It is widely used for bone scaffold research. All TCP orders require a brief application form for compliance documentation.
